Cancellation Policy
- Services and fees of any kind are NOT refundable.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, 3 days notice (72 hours) is needed.
All cancellations MUST OCCUR BEFORE the 72 hour mark.
- Cancellations fees apply if appointment is cancelled after the 72 hour mark (72 hours or less, i.e. 48 hours or 24 hours) are 100% of the appointment.
-Cancellations must be done through the booking system that your appointment is booked through (Square or Gloss Genius). THIS MEANS any attempt to cancel an appointment through a phone call/voicemail, social media messenger, or email will be considered an invalid cancellation and will result as a "no show" and you will be charged a no show fee.
- Please arrive to your appointment on time, after 15 minutes you are considered a "no show" and the no show fee will be applied. No show fee is 100% of the service.
- A credit card is required on file permanently to book and hold appointments. If you unlink your card, your appointment will be invalid and you will not be allowed to book another appointment.
- Deposits for extended services are required, you will be notified if your service needs a deposit.
- Deposits are NOT refundable by any means.
- If you need to cancel or "reschedule" your appointment must be scheduled within 5 days. After 5 days you will lose your deposit and have to go through the booking procedure for a whole new appointment.
